The Wagtank is always evolving as are you!
Our goal in each coaching session is to provide opportunity for growth via mind-health protocols that function in tandem with the body. We combine evidence-based science, as well as newly chartered waters of exploration in the areas of neuroscience, epigenetics, nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, social connection, contact with nature, and mindfulness (i.e., heart-brain coherence, consciousness, meditation) to engage people in the process of becoming a healthier version of themselves.
All private coaching services are provided online via Zoom.
